Mr. Chhatkuli is the Chief of “Legal & Share” and also the Company Secretary of Kumari Bank Limited. A senior legal professional with over twenty five years of experience in the banking sector, he started his professional career from Nabil Bank Limited as legal officer and worked there for eight years before moving to Everest Bank Ltd. He spent nearly seven years in Everest Bank Ltd and worked in its legal department in various capacities looking after the legal, share and regulatory functions of the Bank. He later joined Kumari Bank Ltd and has been there since then leading its legal department and functioning as the company secretary of the bank.      
 
He is the graduate of Law (B.L) and Education (B. Ed.) and holds Masters Degree in Arts (M.A) and Public Policy (M.P.A). He is the Board of Director of National Finance Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Dhading and Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu. He is keenly involved in various social activities and is the member of various social organizations.
